Alexander Hohlfeld

Alexander Hohlfeld works as a digital policy analyst at ISD Germany and focuses on the regulation of digital platforms, particularly on systemic risk analyses within the framework of the EU Digital Services Act (DSA). In addition to his work at ISD, he works as a freelance researcher and consultant in the fields of digital policy and freedom of expression. He holds a master’s degree in communication studies from the Vrije Universiteit Brussel (VUB) and a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Hannover.
